The man who answered the phone was not at all helpful. We were asking about buying flooring to be installed in a home 75 miles away. At any rate, it seemed he didn't want our business; we found another flooring place.

I've never purchased anything here but I wanted to comment on amazing customer service. Our car broke down in front of their store and I asked for help they were so kind and even lent us a pair of pliers. I don't know their names but they worked Dec 29 around 1:00. I just felt like they deserved to know how much it ment to us. So thank you
