So so frustrated with this place. Ordered a door and made a down payment of $1300 14 months ago. I had told them last summer with covid that I understood the delay and would have patience. However, the past 6 months I have text and called monthly and no one answers the phone. They finally did answer in March and said they would have a door March 29th. Have not heard from them since. Even after multiple calls and texts to 988-1530 and 315-8801. Frustrating when I see all the great reviews with people that got doors and good service when I’m still waiting over a year later after a down payment. At least follow up with me or return my money. Do the right thing please whatever you feel like that is at this point.

Horrible experience! No one ever answers the phone. I left a message on more than one occasion and have yet to receive a return call.

Very responsive and affordable. They fixed what was broken and make recommendations for improvements on the door to make it last longer. Very professional. Highly recommend them. In fact they earned more business with me because of the service provided on two other projects.

I am very pleased with Access Doors. They were very reliable and professional. I thought price was reasonable and fair. He was conscientious, paid attention to detail and cleaned up his work area when he was finished with the installation. I love my new door and I would definitely use their company in the future.

Great Response We have always had great responses from them any time that we’ve had doors go down they respond as fast as possible to help get the doors up and running They work very clean, always cleaning up as they work and when everything is done. Great to work with from small box trailer doors to large 24’ shop garage doors!!! They are my first call !!!
