        I was told we could open a card and get interest free for 24months since it was such a large purchase. We've been charged interest this entire time and they would not fix the problem. Don't trust them and check your statements!

      Hi Taylor. We're sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing. We do offer 24 months interest free on purchases of $3,000 or more. If you are eligible and still being charged interest, please reach out to the third party credit provider, Synchrony, by calling the customer service number on the card for assistance. Home Outlet does not offer the credit line in-house and is unfortunately unable to make any changes in-store.
