I'm writing this review and only giving it a two-star it should only really get a one-star but I'm giving this office a two-star ONLY on the count of Caroline the only passionate social worker at this location. My mom was sent home from the hospital with the agreement of family care along with hospice care. When my mom got home I was removed from a family member and her boyfriend from any updates of my mom's care or even how my mom was doing. I myself and wife did all the work getting her home instead of a nursing home and to call and ask questions about mom's care or condition just to either never getting a call back or to be told I cant speak with you? Even when I had the authority as her POA on her healthcare? As my family doesn't see eye to eye to have hospice to get involved(Patty) to be so unprofessinal and get told they arent to come care for my mom over the weekend I was there to say my final goodbye. Yes police called on me etc. What an awful experience it sure was ! As we all know why we get hospice involved in our loved ones final days/month's it's to be passionate/caring for the family/and patient. And to be at mom's from Friday-Sunday night to Not have her changed(she laid in feces) she had a catheter Not even positioned? My wife finally got tired of smelling her and got her boyfriend to help clean her up. Not but to see the mess my poor mom's bottom/hips etc were the bed sores were nothing that she has ever seen my wife has worked in Nursing facilities many of years and has seen a lot BUT NOTHING this bad. This should of been turned in to adult protection. Which we believed Stephine was to do since she witnessed the Neglect? Needless to say my mom passed on the 22nd of March and i didnt even get a call til the following day? Thank You precious Caroline. May my mom now REST with no pain nor neglect anylonger It should of never got like this all over a family member that doesnt get along with her hole family and for hospice to make bad judgements . I'm at peace im the baby of 6 and did get to spend a weekend with my loving mom. Son John and Danielle.

We were recommended Season by the current nursing home. Nick was amazing to work with. Taking meds away that was no longer needed, making sure comfort was the top priority. Christy my moms nurse is also amazing, making sure shes clean and comfortable at all times! They truly become a member of your family in these tough times. Doing all the things most of us are unable to do or handle ourselves. Its really nice to see people caring for your loved ones as if they were their own.

Very caring, compassionate and professional people. They did anything and everything to care for my Mom who was on their service for over a year. Nurse Jenna was an absolute angel to us. She would solve every issue that came up with Moms care facility. DON Kim was awesome. She was always available to listen to my anxiety ridden problems and ease my fears. They are the best!

Everyone single person with whom we interacted was absolutely professional and caring in everything they said and did. Losing our dad was tough but I can not imagine how much harder many things would have been without Seasons Hospice Springfield right there with us every step of the way. We were able to focus on him while they focused on everything else and that is worth more than we can ever repay. "Thank You." are two words wholly insufficient to the task of expressing our sincerest appreciation for the genuine love and care that you expressed for our entire family.
