It was the open enrollment period for Medicare and I started seeing a lot of commercials on TV and getting a lot of mail from multiple companies so I decided to go to a meeting about the Cox Health Medicare Plus plan and all of my doctors have always been through Cox. After the meeting I felt like I needed to have a one on one meeting with Jeremy so I made an appointment. When I met with Jeremy I brought my Medicare and supplemental insurance cards out for him to see and he immediately wanted to know what kind of policy it was that I had. He found out that even though I was paying for it, I didn't really need that type of policy and the company wouldn't have even paid if I had a claim. He made a couple of phone calls and long story short I received a large refund from the company. I ended up signing up for another plan that will pay for what I need it to. He was very easy to talk to and the two of us have built a good rapport.

These guys seem to be pretty new on the market and I'll be honest when I called and talked to them they were really disorganized and not helpful at all. I gave up on them and decided to take my business elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.
