I have been doing Google reviews for a couple years now. And here is one with a lovely lady named Kathy Posey. I had tried several places and though you got beat on price by a smudge. I will always treasure a commensensical approach this customer service rep took with me. I've worked in call centers for 30 years and haven't had many reps impress me until talking with Kathy. Freeway you are very fortunate to have this woman working in your corner. Love her spirit.

I was in Freeway Insurance and met this nice lady named Kathleen whom was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and willing to make sure I was well taken care of when I left the office. If you need insurance Freeway is the place and ask for Kathleen! She is a doll!
