    Our tech was Shawn. He is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!. He went above and beyond his duties. He was on time and very,very polite. He did alot for 2 senior citizen's. We weren't for sure what we were getting into. But we wanted something other than Dish or Direct TV. He took time to explain and re explain to us what we needed to know. We know he exceeded his time with us, but he could tell we really needed the help. Very polite and understanding. If it hadn't been for him, we would of said just forget it and take it with you. He is a keeper and should be appreciated.

    Our service is always up. The rare times there are problems, we get a notice from WON regarding what happened (scheduled maintenance, lightening hit, etc) and what they are doing to fix it. It feels personal and that we are valued customers.

    Good employees and owner is cool very lenient when it comes to not being able to afford it. Like if you need another week before you can pay the Bill they’ll give you a week and not shut it off. BUT THE INTERNET ITSELF IS HORRIBLE! Constantly lagging,buffering, shutting off when their is only two people on. TWO, I constantly have a ping of around 120, when it’s not good to have more than 55-70. Price should be lower.
