C.J. is friendly, knowledgeable, and conscientious realtor who is an excellent resource for the Springfield, Missouri area. Whenever we have a prospective employee visiting us, we schedule a community tour for them with C.J. We know they're in good hands with C.J., and they will feel positively inclined to move to Springfield after learning about the area.

We came to CJ with a unique set of circumstances. We needed to sell my 90 year old home, my husband's home and purchase a home together in the middle of not only a housing shortage but a pandemic. My house was a challenge because in my town there were literally no comps available for her to base the listing off of. Once we got that one out of the way, thank heavens, we moved onto my husband's. That one sold in a matter of just hours, then the contract fell through to no fault of really anybody. CJ reassured is she would have it sold just as fast if not faster the second time and she wasn't lying. We listed it and had an offer in like 45 minutes. Not 1 offer but 4 offers I should say! We received above asking price on all of the offers and with her help we were able to pick the person we thought would love the house as much as we did. On to buying. This was not an easy feat for anyone involved in house buying at the time. A house would literally be bought before or right after being listed so you had to be on your toes. Rest assured that was CJ! We gave her a list of what we wanted and let her lose. She took us shopping one afternoon and the second house we looked as is the house we have now owned for the last year and a half. We love everything about our house and are so confident this is our forever house We honestly couldn't have done it without CJ and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!!
