Judy, we were very concerned and disappointed to read your feelings about your experience via your review. We originally did your brows in 2017. As with all clients, we mapped them out on your facial landscape and received your approval before we began the process of placement. It wasn't until 6 years later that we heard from you saying you didn't like the inside position. Several options were presented to get your brows to the desired look you were aiming for, explaining that it would be a process. We moved forward, at not cost to you, with your selected approach. Having only performed one of what could be a couple of visits to rectify the outcome to your liking, you made no subsequent appointments. We demonstrated on your brows how to camouflage your brows through the process, provided product at no cost, and tried to address your concerns. We didn't hear anything from you for over six months until your review posted here. We have reached out but are unable to get in touch with you. Communication is a necessity for problem solving.
