They do not know how to manage the time. You have to wait for hours each a time we come. They are pissed poor in management time.

Bad vibe as soon as you walk in the door lady at the front desk is not helpful at all. Avoid this place and only use as a last resort. I have ADHD and you give me a form with over 100+ questions to answer with zero assistance because the lady leaves the desk and hides somewhere. I thought this place was for mental health patients but clearly not.

I was a patient of Eustasis for almost 8 years, they have always been an extremely predatory practice. They will often attempt to charge exorbitantly even after you've met your deductible and will even charge for visits that did not even happen. Their billing is very unprofessional and i'm sure have been worse to patients who didn't know better. Taking advantage of neurodivergent people with these billing practices is immoral, and bordering on evil. Not to mention the owners spend this commission money on new outfits and cars whenever they can. There is absolutely NO continuity of care, meaning you will see a different provider every visit. There are also the wait times, I would go in over an hour before my appointment just to be seen on time and even then it was not guaranteed. They also overprescribe, zombifying and even physically damaging clients such as myself. They are very unaccommodating to those who have to be out of town as well. Please heed these warnings from me and other patients and DO NOT visit and give it any of your time and money. Their reputation precedes them around town at other practices.

This business is an absolute joke. Dr Jain and his staff are rude, condescending and don't help anyone with actual problems, you never see the same provider and they want to change, add increase meds at each visit. Also, when you schedule an appointment for 3pm and don't get seen until 5 that's a problem. Their answer oh we doubled booked today...everyday you mean?! Mental health is serious and they obviously don't care. Rant over!!!

Horrible wait times. Even if you make an appointment be ready to still wait 2 hours than another hour in the room waiting on the dr. People have things to do and if its going to be like this they should let people be aware that the appointments dont mean nothing at all. Just today was told the prices are going up again. Isnt worth it at all lies and charges out the butt here. People come here to seek help not lies and getting taken advantage of.
