We are finding out now that we had a lot of issues and our taxes were not completed correctly. We found out this year that she left off one of our kids entirely in our tax information even though all the information for the family was provided. We found out our taxes were filed late. I recently found out from the state tax division that NO EXTENSION had been filed for us and were charged several penalties even though we had been told that an extension had been filed. We were also mailed another family's information and tax return to sign and return. In short, our stimulus check was messed up, we have now paid an extra couple thousand dollars in penalties because I was waiting for the tax department to let us know why we had so many penalties assessed, and we had to pay someone to redo our last years taxes with corrections.

My banking information was entered incorrectly. I asked her to correct it and she said it would be fine. IT WASN'T. Not only did I have to work around her error and ask my bank to assist me in getting refund deposited, I'm now in the same mess with my relief money.
