Wheel Kings

This company is a joke. We booked a party that I'm assuming we paid less for than the next guy and they were a no-show. My LA compadres were very much of the mindset that the Ozarks is backwards and this company proved it. YE NO NEED TO CALL!!!

I recently purchased rims for my vehicle at Wheel Kings. This was not my first encounter with this place of business...it was like purchasing an expensive handbag. I knew that I wanted rims, but wasn't sure about what size, style and just how much I wanted to spend. I pulled in like I had just finished a Nascar race. I rolled down my window and yelled "Paul I need some rims today!" He went in and asked what I liked. I was so indecisive, which can annoying, but he didn't show it..that's a good businessman. He actually took the time to pair the rims up with the car, which was narrowed to two styles. The car was pulled in and he assured me not only was there a warranty; the original rims he took off were delivered to my mother's, and he would change the rims again back to factory in the winter so I would not mess them up. He also offered to have his wife take me to pick up my son from his summer program; very personable. Paul assured me that the tires that were on his Dodge Charger were top quality and those same tires would be placed on my Dodge Avenger RTS. Anyone who knows me, knows that I would have requested he put all of that in writing, sign and date it. Nevertheless, I didn't have to Paul was really business oriented. I later had some shaking in the front in, that Dodge told me would cost me 250.00 to have fixed after an over the phone diagnosis. I called Wheel Kings left a very lengthy, detailed and somewhat pissy tactful message. My call was returned promptly. I took my car back in..it needed hub rings, which I had no clue what they were (I Google it). One of the guy's placed them on, balanced the tires and took it for a test drive with me, to assure that the shaking had stopped. It had. After it was all said and done, I did not have to pay anything additional, told one of the guy's he was taking me to dinner for my troubles :) but was informed again for the 20th time. .If something else comes up or changes instead of getting all anxious and discombobulated...there's a WARRANTY. THANKS AGAIN WHEEL KINGS!!!
