Do NOT ever take your car here!! I had a broken shifter cable which was fixed...I thought. One month later my car got stuck between drive and neutral because the guy didn't put it back together right. They fixed it again because they said it was still under warranty. I was told, "yeah the guy that fixed it wasn't very good". So, now several months later my gear shifter is loose again. In an effort to not have it stuck in gear again, I called to see if they would look at it because they didn't fix it right. I was told, "we don't have anyone here that is qualified to fix that so we're going to pass". They are the ones who "fixed" it twice and did a crappy job and now they're going to "pass" on fixing it again?! Never again will I go here.

Went in for an oil change-ok, later that day my car stopped dead. Problem, no oil in the engine. Who ever worked on the car didn't tighten the drain plug and it fell out. Not my job to tighten. They did replace the engine but the car has not been the same since. The owner and workers were very, very, very unprofessional to deal with. I am never going back and you should never go either.

STOP! Do not have these people do ANY work on your vehicle. They put the wrong brake parts on our car and they WILL NOT admit the error. I had to take my car to a different shop to be fixed. My car was very dangerous to drive but they didn't care.

Need a tire repair shop that does unauthorized work and then lies about what you asked them to fix?... then this is your place Want a place that calls you "hon"?..... then this is your place A few weeks ago my husband took in a trailer tire to have a valve stem replaced. No problem... $6 please sir.... I took in the other tire today (while my husband was at work) and asked them to replace the valve stem... that will be $24.... what?! Well... we replaced the valve seal.... Why did you do that... I asked for a valve stem replacement... Got my hubby on the phone.... worker at Robbie's lies to my husband (to my face) and says I asked for a flat tire repair and that my husband "must not know what he's talking about"... Save yourself the hassle and go ANYWHERE ELSE for tire service.
