I really like the laid back and local feel here. Also has discounts and generally good prices.

Really upset with the customer service here. I called early in the day to tell them I had bought an iTaste SVD and it didn't work. So I wanted to get another one. When my husband came in and got one he asked my husband if he wanted to open it to see if it work. My husband replied no, she will like it. The person helping my husband said I will know if she puts the old one in there and try to return it. Basically implying that I was going to try to pull one over on them. OK I know the world is getting crazy, but you don't know me from Adam and even saying that was rude and very unprofessional. I was so upset I didn't even want the one that my husband just bought. I wanted to return it and go down the street and pay make for it, but of course they don't give money back on items bought from there or so they say. I will never come back to this shop. Your customers are who make you what you are. When I called he told me he is sorry just tired of dealing with people like that. So if you automatically think that about the people who make your business, Maybe you should rethink your logic. Customers will make you or break you!
