I had tried to change our water filer but it kept leaking. I called Saturday morning and explained I just turned off our whole house water, fully expected them to come on Monday. I believe her name was Natalie, and she said, “Well we can’t have that.” Emmett and Amin came out that afternoon! They immediately fixed our problem. They were very professional, friendly and polite! I would strongly recommend using Moore Water and Air of Springfield.

Austin just left here after our requested service call. He was great!! So knowledgeable and helpfull. Taught us everything we requested to learn plus much more. He even carried two bags of softener salt upstairs for us. We didn’t even ask him to. What a gentleman. The manager, Brian is also great. We would recommend Moore to everyone. They are the experts.

Our saleperson Kaden Carter eplain and demonstrated everything every well it was eye opening. Also told us how much this system could and will save us money. Kaden was he nice and professional at his job.

Overall impressed with the quality of the water system. Water pressure was a concern however. Cole came to inspect and did an excellent job at addressing our concerns and fixing the problem. Thank you for delivering quality work to your customers!

Andy, our salesperson, was excellent. He was ready with all the answers to even technical questions such as what type of pipe (PEX) they would be using, how often the system flushes itself, and various others. Our installer Nick was great to deal with. At the last minute my wife and I changed our install location and he was very flexible. We hadn't had a chance to run a new water supply line yet but Nick offered to return to finish install once it was ready.
