        The knowledgeable, kind & in-charge employee did me a huge favor. Had family health emergency & suddenly driving all over in a car I had never drive & was unfamiliar with. This woman answered all my questions & did a few short-short "training minutes" which allowed me to drive family all over town in a SAFE manner .
