Accurate Septic & Well Inspections

Needed a professional to tell me if my planned land improvements were going to interfere with my septic drain field. Rick came out and was very knowledgeable. He was able to point out visual clues to locate drain pipes underground and explained how I should handle guttering on the new building. Highly recommend. I would not hesitate to call him in the future should I need a septic professional again.

Worked with rick in the past, and having rode with him and watched his work I can say rick knows his stuff, very professional, on time and fair! rick follows the state requirements and county requirements to the "T".Along with teach class for other inspectors he also take time to let other inspectors ride with him and do field work. top rate teacher and company! I would highly recommend rick and his company to anyone.

Rick at Accurate Septic & Well Inspections is the best in the business. I have learned that firsthand through a septic inspection ordeal that absolutely could have been a very expensive disaster for me! My septic had been inspected just 3 months prior by a less experienced inspector and given a clean bill of health. Rick came in and identified all kinds of issues with his years of experience. Best inspection money I ever spent and I really dodged a bullet. On top of that, Rick recommended the top engineer in the area to design my new system and was willing to walk me through the whole process including addressing some other concerns I had. I really hope I never have a septic issue again, but if I do I absolutely know who to call. Rick is no joke!

WOW!! What a great experience we had with Rick. He went above and beyond during our septic and well inspection! Rick was so informative, answering every single question we had and providing all of the information we needed. He knows his stuff. Rick is a very knowledgable Septic and Sewer inspector. We had just purchased a home in Defiance and was not aware of the county requirement for sewer inspections. Unfortunately there was quite a lot of our system that failed inspection and Rick went through the system and explained all of the discrepancies as well as providing me two contacts for the repair work I need done. I found him to be be very forth coming in information and trustworthy in his evaluation of our system I would highly recommend using him for your inspection "before " buying your next home.
