Citadel Home Inspections

I utilized Gordon's expertise for an inspection in an apartment building I am purchasing in Warrenburg, MO. I am an out of state investor so hiring the right contractors for any job is extremely important. I obtained Gordon's information from my property manager at Warrensburg Home Rentals and Old Drum real estate who I trust. That trust was well placed. Gordon at Citadel Home Inspections did a great job for a fair price and his report was very detailed. I recommend his services to you if you are in need of a home inspection. I am hoping to invest in another property within the next couple months and will be calling Gordon when I do. I am also referring him to my property manager just up the road in Lee's Summit.

Gordon did our inspection and he is amazing. He is very through and does more than is required for the job. i would 100% recommend him and his company for anyone needing an inspection.

Is picky beyond the point of realism and making extreme assumptions on a house with little to no proof. If that is your cup of tea then go for it. But ill take my business elsewhere.
