Baymont Inn & Suites Warrenton

This hotel refused a room to a military veteran because his service dog was accompanying him. This is against the law. Attention All Veterans Avoid this hotel!!!!! There were rooms available and she was in the process of registering me. When she asked how many, I told her 2 and 1 service dog. Thats when she refused to finish the booking!

1. Face Cloth-dingy looking; Desk staff brought me another a cleaner wash cloth 2. Freezer-Needed to be defrosted ; desk staff offered to come 3. Microwave-pieces of ceramic material and door of microwave door unclean: I did not tell the staff about this 5. No channel tv guide; I did not ask for help 6. Remote difficult to push controls channel/volume change; I did not tell the desk staff 7. No microwave in dining room **staff extremely polite; found microwave my oatmeal; they told housekeeping staff not to go into my room, when I told the desk staff that I forgot to put a sign on the outside of my door; helped me put cream in my coffee

Literally saved us when I-70 was closed and we were stranded. We got super lucky and got the last room after a last-minute cancellation - the staff was amazing and so helpful to try and help us out and were wonderful during our stay. Breakfast was great and check in and check out was a breeze. Location is right off I-70 so very easy to get back on the road :) Thank you!
