Where to even begin with Jacque. Our organization has been utilizing Jacques expertise for over 9 years. Jacque performs thorough, timely and accurate background checks for all of our new hires. She is always quick to get any information to us whether it is good or bad. Jacque also hosts our annual Fraud Prevention training for our staff. This training has proved to be invaluable to our team in helping us to be aware of any red flags and what to look out for. We truly enjoy each and every interaction we have with Jacque!

I am a Board member for an organization that discovered one of our employees had embezzled hundreds of thousands of dollars from our company. We did not know what to do or where to turn. From the moment we called Jacque at ARA Fraud & Forensic Services we knew we had turned to the right agency. From the very first moment we hired her, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had a rock-solid case to take to court. She worked tirelessly to make sure that there was no stone unturned as we reviewed records and gathered documentation to build our case. She gave us pep talks when we got frustrated and discouraged and she was always encouraging throughout the process. Our case has been finalized, but she has told us that she will continue to follow our case to make sure that it is prosecuted correctly and is even going to give our Board free fraud training so that the chances of this happening again are minimal. Jacque James did an exceptional job conducting a forensic audit of a non for profit embezzlement of over $200,000. She conducted the audit in a professional and thorough manner. We contacted different people that perform forensic audits before choosing Jacque James. The information Jacque gave us over a phone interview was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Throughout the audit Jacque was understanding and compassionate regarding the dynamics involved with this particular investigation. She was detail oriented and was able to analyze a significant amount of money. She has a vast knowledge in financial crimes and has worked in law enforcement. Jacque did a forensic audit on our payroll, bank accounts, credit cards and bills. She completed the forensic audit in a timely manner, well before our expectations, with a quality end report. Jacque was always up front with us when discussing the investigation and the cost associated with the services she provided. She did not take advantage of the amount we budgeted for her services. She kept us informed where we were financially, and any findings throughout this process. She completed the audit under budget and we are extremely pleased with her end product.
