Their set up is counter-intuitive. You cant set up auto-pay until the third month. They badger you into getting paperless billing which gets lost. They make your number get busy; then, they take your trash can and charge you exorbitant late fines and restarting fees to nickel and dime you. Im 61, and Id like to report elder abuse, but life is too short

Best trash company in the valley. Forgot to take my trash out they came and grabbed it took the extra step to make sure we where taken care of.

I started using these guys when I first moved in 4 years ago. I live on the end of the road with a huge driveway. The old owner use to lock the gate for horses so they and my neighbors had to drag there cans 1000 yards down the road for them to pick up. When I moved in I allowed them to turn around in my drive way and things were going swimmingly. Then my trash didnt get picked up for two weeks and I called to find out I hadnt been taking it out to the pickup so then they turned around and said we can come get it but for 25 dollars more a quarter. The money is one thing but just the strait dicheadness I chose to go to republic service. They dropped the new can in the exact spot L&L use to pick it up AND! I now save 10 dollars every quarter

I dont have garbage service but last week my neighbors garbage was strewn around by birds and it was so nice to see the L&L driver (Walt) get out of his truck and take the time to clean it all up. Im on the east side of Three Forks. Thank you
