I retained Mr. Buckley for an accident that my son was involved in. Dan did an excellent job preparing the case for trial. We ultimately settled out of court and I was pleased with the results. Dan is a successful, intelligent, and well-experienced lawyer. Obviously when looking for legal services these are probably the first traits that you consider, but you also want your lawyer to be someone who is amicable and ethical. You spend a decent amount of time with them, therefore you hope that they are a decent person. In both legal prowess, and personal character Dan proved to be great. He is relatable and easy to talk to. He was upfront with me concerning fees, and course of action. He was honest with his opinions and his legal voice. I never once felt as though I was being led into a legal situation that we had not fully discussed and agreed upon. Everything that Dan did was open and straightforward. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of legal services.
