The classes are “enjoyable” and offer a great variety for working out. The instructors are great with working with you if you need modifications. I highly recommend Forever Strong.

I am a Les Mills instructor and love to take classes when I travel. I found Forever Strong online and signed up for a BodyPump class. The instructor Jen, who is also the owner, taught a fantastic class. I was welcomed when I arrived and felt right at home in this class. Facilities are clean, equipment is top notch, staff and members are very warm, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this club and will visit again next time I am in Bozeman, MT.

I've never been one for exercise, so this has been an experiment. In total, I made five workouts my first week (Monday-Thursday and then this morning, Saturday) and, apart from a fair degree of soreness, I'm feeling good about the start. Monday and Wednesday were Spin classes - 30-minute intensives on a stationary bike with a variety of speed, resistance, and positions as called out by the instructor. Tuesday and this morning BodyPump classes - 45-minute intensives with light weights and lots or repetitions isolating and working arm, leg, and core muscles. Thursday was a TRX class - a 45-minute intensive with long straps hanging from the ceiling used for suspension training (i.e. standing push-ups, etc.) and makes gravity one's prime resistance. By the end of Thursday's class (and especially on Friday), I was very, very sore and popping Advil like crazy. Going in this morning was as much about working out the soreness (which happened) as getting a fifth workout in. The biggest positive differences this time around are 1) working out with a group of friends; 2) working out with an instructor (which I've never utilized); and 3) the five-day/week schedule over lunch takes the planning/waffling out of it (it's noon, so you just go). The classes are small (the largest has been a total of four), sign-up is easy by way of the MindBody app, and there definitely seems a science to the choreography and accompanying music, the latter of which is created for the workouts and is not just random, overplayed stuff you hear on the radio. I'm glad for the positive experience so far (the instructors have been great - kind and enthusiastic on my behalf), and I'm hoping to lock this new discipline in over the summer and see what benefits it brings.
