        I called to get a CD evaluation was asked if cps or po sent me. I said no I'm on my own will, the lady said she needed to check with someone schedule and I'll get a call back. Never called me back until my Dr called them to see what's up. At this point I'd rather not go here if I'm not that important to call back until a official calls.
