        The door says "knowledgeable associates." More like lazy associates. Which don't know their product at all. They don't know that customers study products and then come in to buy them. Very disrespectful, and tried to force a warranty on me. So I left the store without buying any tjing. Thanks for the help Ruth.

        I was just in this store. Eric helped us purchase a gas stove and a dishwasher. He was helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The owner was there and he took the time to speak with us and show appreciation for our choosing to buy appliances from this store. My friend bought a toolkit while I gabbed with the owner. Overall, a wonderful experience! I will return there for future purchases and recommend this store too.
