Ross had my computer for over a month. He is terrible at communicating and will waste your time. Add lack of being prompt to his list of values. Will be spreading the word not to deal with him. On top of that, he doesn't know what he's doing. He wasted alot of my time, so I will be contacting the BBB to waste some of his. Don't call him, you have been warned.

I literally had to call the cops to get my computer back. Having someone try and steal from you is not fun... trust me. This guy is a criminal. Do not use his business.

Dropped my computer off with him on Oct 11th, 2018. Still haven't gotten it back. Can't get an estimate on cost of repairs either. When the Great Falls police department contacted him on my behalf in April, he told the officer (over the phone) that he would have my computer back to me in two weeks. I still haven't seen the computer. He hasn't replied to any of my texts in about two months, but even when he does reply it's only to tell me that he'll have to get back to me later to make arrangements for me to pick my computer up. Took him to court and even with a court order he didn't return the computer, reimburse me the mandated court costs or contact me. I had to contact Fort Harrison in Helena to get this resolved.
