Cafe Courier Food & Restaurant Delivery - Great Falls, MT

I placed an order at 7:04 pm. My order was scheduled to be delivered at 8:25. At 8:25 I check my order status and my delivery time changed to 8:53, no notice. I contact the chat to ask about my order. The guy was pretty rude! Lied to me telling me my driver was at Panda Express (after tracking him) waiting on them to cook my food.... Panda Express food is already cooked and ready! If they need to make something it usually takes 10 minutes to prepare. He then tells me my food will be here ASAP. The tracker on my side shows him no where around Panda Express and no where close to my house.I tell him I would just like a refund at this point. I can make something quicker. He tells me I can’t have a full refund unless it’s 2 hours past my delivery time.... 👀 what!!! I then leave the chat and call the customer service! I demand a refund as this is terrible business! Don’t order through this company! At almost 2 hours after placing my order I got a refund.

I just caught this company price gouging and during the holidays. I wanted 2 order cashew chicken through best wok and they wanted to charge $75 with a $50 delivery charge. Not to mention that I am not that far from them. I am not kidding about them trying to pull a fast one. I refuse to back to their illegal price gouging.

Ordered food from local restaurant and what I received was only half my order...with much deliberation with this business, the portion not delivered was refunded. Still was a fiasco!!!!

I've always had mixed experiences with cafe courier. But I will give them props because of communication and reliability. Your food wont arrive quick, but you're informed of this right off the get go. If theres something wrong with your order, they will call immediately. Not the greatest delivery service, but definitely solid.

We ordered and was told estimated time of wait was 2 hrs... We decided to take a chance. We order our meal at 530pm. Time now is 815pm and still no food.. almost 3 hrs and counting.. I Texted and called their customer service to see why such a huge dely?! I was told they were at the restaurant and it would be appropriately 15 minutes and I would have our food. WELL that 15 min came and gone. Time now is 9pm and they r closed and the driver called and said sorry food was never made. Worst customer service ever. The manager calls me to apologize because I wanted a refund obviously tried telling me the reason was because they r closed. I said i ordered at 530pm how could u be closed.. so they r liers to it shows what time I ordered on my account. never ordering again!!!!!
