Cold Stone Creamery

Ive never gone out of my way to write a negative review of a place before. However, I just find myself pretty frustrated after my last experience today at this cold stone. Ice cream is up to six dollars for a small which is a bit much but i understand that, I also understand that a small should be one scoop or at least fill the small container. However I visited this cold stone today and ordered two small ice creams. Unfortunately, the person who made mine chose to scoop the melted ice cream at the top of the bucket and use so little it did not even fill the small container and was melted completely liquid before I could even pay for it. My wifes thankfully was made by a different person and she got a normal size ice cream for hershow it should be. When questioned politely the person who gave me the small cup defended it and shrugged me off. Just felt like poor customer service and left a bad taste in my mouth. I dont think Ill be going here again.

Ordered online-went to pick up and there was a note taped to the door that they closed at 5pm instead of 9pm. I was charged already for the ice cream. Went today to speak to them about a refund. Worker attempted to refund me online but she said it wasn't working so she gave me cash back. Went home and checked my online banking and found that I was charged for the full amount again. Not very happy.

The ice cream is the best...but as we stood in a long line noticed that one employee seemed not to be working. He was filling out on line orders. I learned to order online an pick up...Way quicker and no line! Not the best system!
