        This was quite possibly the best experience I've had in a small business in great falls. I walked in and the staff was eager to help me find the bearing I needed, they quickly worked together as a team to find the product right for me and got me out the door on my way. Simply excellent, I will be ranting to anyone who will listen about how great of an experience I had here. Awesome job!

        Brought in a very simple gear box for old farm equipment for new bearing seals. Was told bearings would "be cheap" by the guy at the front counter so we agreed to have them replaced if absolutely needed. SHOCKED does not describe how we felt when told the price. One of the ladies behind the counter was very snarky, otherwise I would not have left this review.

        My family and I have been doing business with Gerbers for 30+ years. They always strive to do their best for every job. Doing work for our ranch they have always been upfront about cost and time and communicate well. If they cant do a service for us with justice they always put the extra effort forward to help with other options. Also while I worked for another business they did good work for that business as well so it wasnt just one sided with our family but other businesses in the community as well. The ability they have for fabrication, machining, finding and fixing parts and ordering the correct parts we have needed over the years really shows their dedication to doing good jobs and doing them right. This business really is a boon to us ranchers and other local businesses that need their services! And the people that work there are all good people with good intentions as far as I have met and done business with the lot of them :) Thank you Gerbers!

        They have product on hand so thats convenient, dont usually have to wait for parts. They also can fabricate something if you need it customized.
