I went in to the store the other day to look for shoes for my sons birthday. I was greeted with impeccable customer service and felt welcome in the store. I did not purchase anything but I asked for the name of the employee that helped me out. His name was Royce and that dude is by far the best employee Ive ran into at the establishment.

I go to champs to get my daughter shoes as well as shoes for me and my girlfriend. One of the employees is complaining so loud how a lady is holding up the line and was irritated that a lot of ppl came in the last 20 mins. I knew what I wanted the color and size and he had the nerve to tell me every shoe I brought to him was not in stock. Even to say that in mens he only had a size 13. Then the other employee goes to the door, moves the sign into the store and says Im gonna stand right here by the door, I dont care if any one wants to buy shoes like fr? What he failed to realize is that ppl exist in the world too. That you not having a bad day and putting it on other people is not the way to go. Crazy part is I would have been in and out.
