Fail to produce documents, individual answered phone the first call and hung up on individual and has not answered for three days. Phone goes to voicemail both 800 number and direct number. This company levied 112 percent of available funds with no notice.

I don't even want to give 1 star but otherwise I can't make this review. Stole all of the money out of my 10 year olds bank account that he saved up from birthdays, child support, scholorship winnings ect. Told them funds are as such and to repay immediately however they never responded to call or the letter that was filed with them over a month ago about the fact that it's his father's debt and we need a detailed list of the debt. Looking into what to do next... lawyer? Police? Hopefully they make the right choice and put funds back so they aren't stealing a 10 year olds money.

UPDATE: I Called to make payment arrangements and they won't work with me on payments because I made a comment on Google about them screwing up and taking my daughter's savings for college. The debt they are collecting for is Medical Copays.
