"After searching and interviewing a few agencies, we knew right away that Tom was the "perfect fit" for our first home rental. He came to our home and was able to evaluate the market value and negotiate a tenant lease without delay. He has managed our home for over 7 yrs with only 3 turnovers. He manages every tenant complaint from stopped up toilets to paranormal activity with finesse. His experience really shows! Every month he deposits the collected rent into our bank account, like clock work. Tom has managed a multifamily property for me for 15 years. He does an excellent job in taking care of the physical and financial responsibilities of the property. This includes itemized monthly and year end reports. As important, he is considerate of all the tenants, making sure they have a quiet, comfortable environment. We have been doing the electrical maintenance for Tom for the last 25 years. He is always professional and considerate of his tenants, if they are having electrical issues he makes sure it gets taken care of as soon as we can.
