The Owner “Doug” came out to my residence to give me a quote for repairing my spa. His quote was in my budget , so I had he do the work at that time. He finished the job under his estimated time frame and the spa which hasn’t worked in years is now up and running. I also asked Doug if his company would want to come by every week and maintain the spa, and Doug put me on his bi-weekly maintenance program. I asked him, why bi-weekly instead of weekly. He responded that I don’t use the spa enough to be on a weekly program. Who does this, I offered to give him more money and he stated I don’t need to through my money away on something I don’t need and to many chemicals would cause more issues. Water Dog is an HONEST company. I highly recommend.
