Professional: John answered my inquiry for a shower remodel within 24 hours (no response from the other three I contacted). He was punctual for all appointments and communicated through email and phone calls in a timely fashion. He provided a detailed estimate and made reasonable adjustments when we discovered serious mold and rot under the old tile. He also worked with me to keep costs lower and genuinely understood that we had to keep this project affordable for my budget. Quality work: John is meticulous. He didn't rush through the project and was thorough at every stage. He was very patient with setbacks, such as needing to select new tile when the one I chose was no longer in stock, and discovering the drain had to be completely redone. He is a stickler for doing things "to code" or better. I appreciate that attitude. The careful process resulted in a beautiful, functional walk-in shower. Personable: After meeting John, I felt comfortable having him in and out of the house. He was always courteous and approachable. Many times he offered more ideas, assistance and encouragement than I ever expected. I recommend him to anyone who seeks an ethical, experienced and thoughtful craftsperson.

John was great to work with, start to finish. He did a beautiful job on our tile fireplace surround. If we need future tile work, I would definitely give John a call.

Called this guy to do some work in Missoula Just amazing how not professional he was. All of Montana is busy with work now and when it slows down I am sure he will be out of bussness Try and use someone that is respectful You did not work for me because I would not hire you or your tile company BEWARE
