Gross, dirty, run-down, nasty. Staff was friendly enough but that didn't make up for how disgusting the place was. The downstairs public bathroom was covered in feces and had a leak on the floor with standing water. The entire hotel smelled awful. The one plus, the carpet looked like that from The Shining - really set the mood for our stay. Our room reeked of B.O. when we checked in, we had to basically fumigate it and leave the patio door open for hours to try to air it out. People say the location is "great" but honestly Red Lodge is so small, it's hard to have a bad location in a town where everything is walking or biking distance. Furniture was stained and worn, looked like it hasn't been cleaned or updated since 1975. The trash in the back was overflowing and disgusting. Sketchy characters there during our stay who didn't look like regular hotel guests or tourists. Safety: Red Lodge is a safe, quiet, town. This is probably literally the seediest joint in the entire town.

Always seem to end up here as it's got some of the cheaper rooms in town. Friendly, clean and super close to all of the great food in downtown Red Lodge. Update: Guy working there now is not friendly. Not sure what he's on, but this is a slum of a hotel. Stay elsewhere!

this place sucks. the manager at the front is absurdly rude and unhelpful. Tried calling for my receipt as I couldnt get it it with early check out and he refused to provide. Stay away. Do Not Recommend.

Owner/staff very unfriendly, horrible attitudes. Hotel dirty, run down. Dirty rags everywhere. Even my six year old commented on the smell. We only stayed because it was a non-refundable booking and only needed to rest for 6 hours. Otherwise I'd have immediately left.
