My mom hired G10 Remodeling to demolish and rebuild her deck on 6/6/2020. She gave Mike Grauerholz more than half the money up front and the rest was to be paid after the project was completed. The total amount quoted was $10,000.00. Mr. Grauerholz has stated that he's unable to get the materials to finish the deck due to Covid, but we were well into the pandemic when he took my mom's money for this job on 7/7/2020. To date, my mom's deck is not even fully demolished. She is a senior citizen and the money she used to pay him came from a home equity line of credit. For a partial deck demolition, G10 Remodeling believes they are entitled to $4,600. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with this company.
