        officer Mercer clearly only upholds laws he wants to and only to people he wants to uphold them to. instead of doing his job he gives his opinion while in uniform and laughs at women who are going through trauma.

        Sgt. Mercer is a biased, hateful officer who allows personal biases to influence his work. He allows and encourages the harassment of women and should be removed from his position immediately. Shameful.
