I have never written a bad review for a hotel before, but this one is necessary. We arrived at the hotel at 11pm to a room that had no towels. We called down to the front desk twice and they finally brought us towels after midnight. The water in the bathroom sink was scalding hot --no cold water at all. But, the absolute worst thing about this hotel was the attitude of the front desk worker the next morning when I told her about the water. She could not have cared less about our experience and didn't even pretend to. Just shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me. Very rude and condescending. It was a weekend so, unfortunately, there was no manager on duty to speak with. We did get a card with the general managers name and will be contacting her.

Great service. Very nice hotel in this location. Safe if traveling alone. Nice clean room.

We stayed here for the cheaper availabilty than what we found Lincoln. It's a nice base to explore surrounding areas. And free breakfast is always nice.

My wife and I have stayed here many times. It is a very clean facility that is well managed. The breakfasts provide a nice variety of entrees, and it is good value in a newer section of Crete
