Owner has been very responsive and willing to come over himself to answer questions and evaluate issues, we've just had a bit of bad luck with some of the trees surviving in our yard

Crew planting 4 spruce trees on back of our property were very efficient, friendly and on time. Trees look great and adding mulch to each one was a nice touch!

Heritage nursery was great, it's definitely not arbor hills, I don't know why Google says it is

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I would not recommend Arbor Hills to anyone. We purchased 22 trees last June with a one year warranty. This May, I reached out to Ed because two of them had died. First, he told us because of the bad winter "a lot of places were not honoring their warranty." When I pointed out that's not really how a warranty works, and the three trees we bought from another nursery were all just fine, then he switched his story to say he would not honor the warranty because he came by to look at our trees one day and they were all dry. *note: when he came by, it was the hottest week of summer so far and we were away on vacation. Also, the other 20 trees are still alive and thriving, with significant growth. Finally, after contacting him multiple times with copies of the warranty his "solution" was to charge a delivery fee and for us to pay more per tree for 2 SHORTER trees than I paid initially. I was shocked. I have never written a review before, but I feel other people should be aware of what they are getting into, and wish I would have read some of the previous reviews where people shared similar experiences to my own. I guess if they keep getting away with it, there is no real motivation to honor a warranty.

We are incredibly happy with our tree and the service provided. Our previous maple in the front yard was lost in the July wind storm and we were devastated. It was like losing a family member! We now have a beautiful new tree and couldn't be happier with how fast we got it. Would highly recommend Arbor Hills to everyone!!
