We've been here 6 months we are very happy have not had a problem with anyone or anything, if we need someting fixed we call and with in 1 day its fixed or being worked on, the property manager is wonderful, its just all around a great place to call home

I have lived at Bellwood for a year and a half. The apartments are very clean, spacious and affordable. The community is diverse, inclusive and neighborly. My neighbors have helped me carry in groceries, rearrange my furniture, jumpstart my car and even surprise me with a plate full of baked goods. The staff here is exceptional. They always answer the phone no matter what time it is. Maintenance responds the same day and any issues are resolved quickly. The property manager, Dena, is very welcoming, polite, respectful, professional, understanding. She always greets my daughter and I by our names and makes me feel like she cares about us and is grateful to have us here. A few months ago I was helping my neighbor get their car unstuck in the parking lot and as I was pushing on the car a set of hands popped up next to mine and it was none other than Dena. It was freezing cold outside and she didn't even hesitate to lend a helping hand. She is truly a great woman. I couldn't ask for a better person to take care of our community. The location is perfect and I love that there is an open field right next to my apartment. It's the perfect place for my 3 year old and I to pull the sled around in the winter and fly kites in the summer. I truly love it here.

Have lived here for almost 3 years. Rent is reasonable and any maintenance issues are resolved promptly. Staff are friendly and take an interest in our little community.
