        Don't get a truck from budget my son and his girlfriend rented one and we'll the over head lights dent work so he called the budget in grand island and they said not to worry about it and we'll he went to unlock the door on the driver side door and the lock and handle fell off

        After enterprise called and said that they didn't have any vehicle s for my reservation I called buget on a Saturday and the guy working was so wonderful he got me exactly what I needed and better than what enterprise would have offered me ! Highly recommend

        Horrible customer service. Vague details given upon receipt of vehicle. No receipt given upon return of vehicle. No assurance given of no damage to the vehicle. Will not answer the phone or door to discuss.
