Holdrege Soft Water Service

Twenty minutes after I got the keys to my new home, Gary and the guys were at my home to install a new softwater system! They also made sure the RO was setup to go with the icemaker. Super pleased with the service I received and will recommend them to anyone needing a Kinetico system!

I recieved some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced from this business, especially from Amie. They were supposed to be here within 7-10 business days at the end of day 10 I had to call them as I had yet to hear from them. According to Amy, they were very behind with installs and woundn't be available till the next morning. I scheduled my install for the next morning and still no show. I called back and they had scheduled another install ahead of me that morning forcing me to wait till that afternoon. Still no courtesy call. They finally arrived to install my unit - it took maybe 30 minutes! What took so long? Then instead of using my $5 Menards salt I had in the basement, they filled the unit using their $8/bag salt. The unit never functioned correctly and would pump brackish water to our drinking supply. Not even one month after putting the unit in Amie called threatening to pull the system as we owed them for salt. The invoice they submitted had no due date. After paying the bill in person, Amie kicked me out of the store and told me they where coming to remove the soft water unit. Despite having just paid $150 for the install and over $70 for salt. I asked to speak to the owner but he was on vacation. Do yourself a favor and call Culligan as Holdrege Soft Water clearly does not need or want your business.
