Have been contacting CKF sales to give me a call back for an issue we have with the newly installed cabinets , all the time I was being transferred to and leave voice mail. No response back for the voicemail given a couple times.
Working with the designer was super easy and helpful but post purchase guarantee / warranty not doing the best job.

I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your cabinet and countertop needs. The entire experience with CKF was disappointing, they ordered cabinets in the wrong color, they measured them incorrectly, they built some incorrectly, they didn't seal the countertops correctly. Now, after they have my money, they aren't responding to my warranty claim for the counters. Seriously, for the money, you can do far better.
