        Been with them for about 6 years. They answer their phones immediately and if not, they will get back to you the next day. I am nothing but impressed with Zimmer insurance. Very good at their jobs

        Alex Zimmer does an incredible job with customer service and honesty! Several of my family members and friends have gotten quotes from Alex and if he can't find a better rate and coverage, he tells them so. He is also quick to respond to questions and goes the extra mile in helping navigate claims - some that are for my family members and not even me! Thanks Alex!
