image I cannot say enough good things about Dental Wellness. I didnt go to the dentist until i was 16 because of finances and only went then because i had a cavity that had broken super far down giving me toothaches that hurt my whole body. Another dentist in town did surgery to remove it but later on became very rude to my mom and I when I didnt get braces for my crooked teeth. Sent me to an orthodontist where we had a terrible experience. Then the dentist continued to talk down on us and said Invisalign was absolutely not a possibility with the state my teeth were in. When I got my own insurance I decided to go elsewhere and tried Dental Wellness. I am so glad I did. They were absolutely willing and encouraging of trying Invisalign for my teeth, so they did the scans and sent them off. Sure enough, I was eligible after all. I didnt even have to use them for very long and I feel so much more confident and comfortable with my smile. Its amazing how much it has changed. The Dental Wellness Center staff is kind, accommodating, and welcoming. They know you by name and work with you on scheduling. Dr Largen also got me a referral for wisdom teeth removal. Ive recommended them to a lot of family and friends. Nobody loves dental work but I dont dread it now that I go here. Seriously awesome people.

image I was a new patient! I made an appointment be ause they were in my united health care system, I have united health care insurance! I am 100% covered for dental services, I have 4500 dollars per year for dental coverage!!! They took me in the room and took x-rays and examed my teeth, I needed a tooth pulled and they were about ready to pull my tooth when someone came in the room to tell me I owed them 50 dollars???? First of all is there some reason you would not tell me that upfront! Second I have like I said coverage. I left because I knew my coverage. I went home called my insurance company, they called them and told them I was fully covered. So today I get a call and the dentist is trying to say I still owe them!!! They seriously are trying to scam me or something. My insurance company called them again, they tried telling my insurance company they got a letter stating I wasn't covered, my insurance company again told them I was covered. There is so.ething seriously wrong with this place. My insurance company is reporting the issue. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS!!!

image Absolutely terrible experience. Dentists Office terminated network coverage with my provider, but claims its not their responsibility to notify me. My appointment was a few months after coverage ended. The receptionist didnt inform me that I was seeing an out of network provider, even though I asked. The hygienist repeatedly talked about service that would be covered by insurance and even submitted a future filling to see if my insurance would cover it. Office claims that they are in no way liable for communicating that information to me. And that if I didnt want to pay the bill, they would just submit it to collections. In one phone conversation brought up collections. Before I was even late on the payment. Completely unwilling to see my perspective or take any responsibility when they were the ones ended coverage. Claimed not to have any responsibility to notify patients that they had ended their relationship with my provider. It would have been a courtesy to notify patients. I was also told that very few patients had that insurance, but that they cant possibly notify everyone. Said that the dentist was not involved in any of the billing decisions, even though she owned the office and that she would not be notified that this was how patients were being treated. Gave zero deduction on the bill. Even added a late fee for a bill that I had just received for the first time. When I very first asked the receptionist why I was seen if my provider was not in network. She said, well we still thought they were going to pay. And weve only recently found out they they are not paying on claims. I repeated this to the office manager that I spoke with and she just wrote it off and said, well sometimes they still pay. I think that should be my decision whether or not Im willing to risk payment/denial. Watch out if you have dental insurance and visit this provider.
