        One star is to much. Rented for over six years. HUGE customer service failure on their part. Had to call a second time to get the remainder of my contract refunded. Go buy a Morten softner at Menards and salt. You won't regret not doing business with Culligan.

        Salt is rarely delivered on the day it is scheduled. Have to call and listen to their excuse. A call would be nice to let customers know delivery is delayed.
