        I tried calling Hauge & Associates to pay a bill in Collections & the Rep (Deb) was extremely rude! She was more interested in arguing about me asking her questions about the debt. She made it clear that I needed to just pay the bill eventhough I didn't know what the bill was for, or what was the original company's name that I owed. I didn't think it would be that difficult to pay a bill, but apparently it is. Please be more professional or find a better career!

        Rude customer service. Trying to pay a debt in collections and the customer service was awful. They asked me if I can spend any more money after giving them all of what I had. Please be grateful I am paying the bill. Then the customer service rep just hung up, didn't say thanks, or have a good day or anything. Professional tip: train your employees to be more personable. They are representing your company.
