The staff at the Millard branch is informed -- responsive and very helpful. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and their customer service is the best around. I would highly recommend the Millard Branch of American National bank.

In store is not user friendly , and have fees for every thing , inlinr is hard and always having tecnixal difficultys , would not recimmend this bank and will be changing banks soon

Liars.. I had a bank manager tell me I could withdraw from my new savings account as much as I’d like and after the 6th time I’m a month it would charge .20 cents. After my 6 time I tried and was unable to do so. After I called I was told by a different manager that what had happened was accurate and she had no idea where I got my information. I don’t know the pleasure they seek from misleading their clients but it’s disgusting.

The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to our needs as small business owners. Any problems that have occurred have been dealt with quickly and the resulting fees lifted.
