Hayneedle has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Based on the other reviews, clearly the corporate office is in need of major training especially with the supervisors. I ordered end tables and was charged THREE times for the same order. When I called to complain, they made the experience very difficult as well as making me feel like I was trying to scam them. I did get the refund but they ended up canceling the entire order. Such a nightmare. When trying to reorder the tables, the purchase was denied because I had order earlier in the year on a different credit card number under my S/O’s name (I’m an authorized user!!). I feel they were just being difficult intentionally.

One star for poor customer service. I have gotten several products from Hayneedle. I have been happy with most of my purchases but I ordered a bench and it came damaged. I called customer service and was told I had to box it and take it to the post office. This is a piece of furniture and told the person that was not possible. I asked for a return label and fedx to pick it up. She said she would find out and get back to me. Never did. I have sent the company a review about this and no call back. I received a lighted floor fountain as a gift from Hayneedle. After a few months the lights failed. Their customer service told me there was no warranty and return period had expired. They told me they could offer me a replacement at full retail value with no discount, credit or rebate. After I filed BB complaint manager contacted me. He told me he checked with manufacturer and a replacement part was available. I gave me the ordering directions and reimbursed me for the cost. I ordered the part but it didn't fit. I gave up at that point.
