If you aren't interested in expensive treatments, they aren't interested in being your dental provider.
Updated: My opinion is not based on their prices. I went in due to a problem that ended up unrelated to my teeth. I wanted to schedule a regular teeth cleaning, the office "manager" said they couldn't do that. I would have to follow the dentists recommended care plan, which included expensive deep cleaning. Something I have done before, it's painful and I simply don't have the time to go in every three months. I will find another dentist who will work with me and recognize my needs as a patient.

My daughter went here and what a joke! First they convince her that she has paradontal disease, gingivitis and needs implants & douchings at the tune of $314.00 per quad! $700 per side. Then they sell her a toothbrush for $135 that you can buy at walmart for $95, waterpick for $100 you can get for $60. She already poor and told them she has no money! They convince her to get care credit card so they can run up bill on her. Also they were never going to fix the actual problem she went in there for her mouth hurting. She needed root canals not douchings of the mouth! Stupid waste of time and money. Understand that 90% of your clients are poor and cannot afford dental work even with insurance so running up a credit cards on someone who is already poor and not fixing the actual problem does not help them! All your doing is trying to get that money! Also had second opinion done from endocrinologist and she don't need implants! You are just going for gusto here! Not providing cheaper options, etc! All about the money and not about helping patient and fixing actual problem! Oh and just by the way, insurance won't pay you because there is no sufficient evidence that periodontal disease or gingivitis ever existed! You got caught! Why can't people just be honest anymore? All about the all mighty dollar! I get you have to make money, but you also have to understand your patients. Performing unnecessary work, not providing all options and selling them overpriced toothbrushes & waterpicks is not helping! Please tell me the logic in this? Let's start getting honest aspen! If I could give you 0 stars I would! It really pisses me off that you took advantage of my daughter while I was not looking ran up bill and never actually fixed anything!

I had a very nice experience at my first appt.
The staff is very thorough, I felt they all genuinely care about customer service!
